Office Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible Office Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facility.

He/She will not just be someone who supervises the work of others. A supervisor is also responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management. The ideal candidate will be a competent individual who will be able to guide and train employees. He/She will be well-versed in processes under the role’s responsibility and will be results-driven and focused. The goal is to ensure that operations are carried out productively to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.

Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and developing growth opportunities.

Hire and train new employees, conducts training.

Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 

Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.

Implements and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.

Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.

Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa.

Receive complaints and resolve problems.

Prepare and submit performance reports
