Our Do Not Contact Commitment
Forward Van Lines respects consumer communication preferences. This Do Not Contact Policy explains how you can ask us to stop contacting you by phone, text message, email, or other marketing and follow-up channels.
How to Opt Out
Text Messages
Reply STOP to any Forward Van Lines SMS message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance.
Phone, Email, or General Requests
Email info@forwardvanlines.com or call 855-736-7927 and ask to be placed on the Forward Van Lines internal Do Not Contact list.
Information to Include
To help us process your request, please provide the phone number, email address, or contact method you want suppressed. If you contact us by email, include “Do Not Contact” in the subject line if possible.
Processing Time
We aim to honor opt-out and Do Not Contact requests as quickly as possible. SMS STOP requests are processed through the messaging system. Other requests will be processed within a reasonable time and no later than the period required by applicable law.
Scope of the Request
A Do Not Contact request applies to Forward Van Lines marketing and follow-up communications for the contact information you provide. If you use a different phone number or email address, you may need to submit a separate request for that contact method.
Service-Related Communications
If you have an active move, quote request, claim, billing matter, or service issue, we may still contact you when necessary to complete requested services, respond to your inquiry, comply with law, protect safety, prevent fraud, or maintain required business records. We will still honor marketing and automated messaging opt-outs as required.
National Do Not Call Registry
Forward Van Lines maintains internal suppression procedures and respects applicable Do Not Call obligations. You may also register eligible phone numbers with the National Do Not Call Registry at www.donotcall.gov.
